The 38-East Industrial Park is situated in the Yatala Enterprise Area and has attracted a broad cross section of industries, being one of the most significant industrial and employment land resources in South East Queensland. Located midway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane and linked by the $950 million upgrade of the Pacific Motorway, Yatala provides easy access and quick road links to Brisbane, Logan Motorway and Gateway arterials.

The 38-East Industrial development is located next to the M1 Motorway, an eight lane highway with over 500,000 people passing daily. The Gold Coast Airport and Brisbane International Airport are approximately 40 minutes away as is the Port of Brisbane. A rail line runs from Brisbane to Robina on the Gold Coast with planned southern extensions.
